Suggestions from the recent General Conference talks come from the Stake Presidency to the bishop, then these suggestions are discussed by the Bishop and Ward Council then decisions are made based on the needs of each Ward's sisters and the brethren.  The Relief Society and Priesthood lessons should be on the same subject and taught on the same Sunday.
