Bright ideas

We've had such a great month visiting with many of you and your amazing presidencies.   Thank you for being so welcoming!  We have heard some great ideas that we would like to pass on.

Graduating YW -  as many of you have YW that will soon be graduating and entering Relief Society now is a good time to continue fellowshipping them and helping them to feel loved by their "older" sisters.   One suggestion for building that bridge may be to meet with the YW leaders and plan a personal progress activity (or other) with the Laurel class and Relief Society sisters.  Katy 3rd has put together an awesome mentoring program and has paired up their graduating Laurels with a sweet sister who will get to know her and stay by her side throughout the transition.  

Communication - we love hearing from you and seeing all the wonderful work that you are doing.  If you haven't already, please add us to your e-mail list.  We enjoy seeing all the neat & worthwhile activities that you have planned as well as seeing the needs of your sisters.  Don't forget to include your YW and Primary sisters.

Additional meetings - we have noticed some of you planning your additional RS meetings twice a day,  once in the afternoon/morning and another in the evening.  What a GREAT way to catch ALL of your sisters and meet their various schedules & needs.
